All orders are subject to product availability and order verification.

Glowify BD may cancel or refuse an order if:

• Payment cannot be verified

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Sensitive information such as your PIN, OTP, CVV, banking password or full card details is not visible to Glowify BD.

Glowify BD will never ask you to share your PIN, OTP, CVV or banking password.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, shades and information. However:

• Ingredients or formulas may change between batches
• Individual product results may vary

Customers with sensitive or allergy-prone skin should review the product ingredients before use.

Customers must provide a correct name, phone number and delivery address.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Glowify BD cannot guarantee an exact courier delivery time.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
